Police have issued a warning to residents about hunting wild animals with dogs.
Halesowen Police said they have warned a man under the Hunting Act 2004 after evidence came to light that his dogs have been flushing out deer and muntjacs.
The man was said to be using the dogs at Uffmoor Woods with officers reminding residents that it is an offence to hunt wild mammals with dogs.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, a spokesperson for Halesowen Police said: "Halesowen NHT have warned a male under The Hunting Act 2004 after evidence has come to light that his dogs have been flushing out deer & muntjacs at Uffmoor Woods.
"It is an offence to hunt wild mammals with dogs."
