THE popular Under 5s Day is returning to Himley Park, this time featuring personal appearances from children’s favourites, Bluey and Bingo.

Following last year’s sell-out event, the much-loved fun day for little ones is returning on Friday June 28.

The fun-filled event is jam-packed with entertainment specifically designed for children under five-years-old. It will run from 10am to 3pm with activities for babes, tots and little ones.

Attractions will include a small petting zoo, Lego for younger children, giant tortoises, Punch & Judy shows, a funfair, giant sandpit and main stage with interactive singing and dancing. Popular children’s characters Bluey and Bingo will also be making appearances at intervals during the day.

There will also be free taster sessions from Little Kickers Football, Messy Monkeys, Pop-up Play Village, mini athletics, Tumble Tots, mini first aid, Sports Performance, Hit the Dhol, Dudley Council’s Road Safety Team, Dudley Libraries and more. For children who need a bit of time out SENstation will offer a quiet space on the day.

There will also be stalls, information stands and mobile catering.

Prices online range from £6 for toddlers aged six to 18 months, £8 for juniors, and family tickets (two adults and two children) for just £25. Upgraded woodland adventurer junior tickets are also available, which includes junior admission and a bespoke Himley Hall gift bag worth over £12.

Kevin O’Keefe, chief executive at Dudley Council, said: “Under 5s Day is always a favourite event at Himley Hall during the summer.

"Once again there will be plenty for our younger visitors to enjoy and this year we will be delighted to welcome our special guests Bluey and Bingo, who I am sure will be extremely popular.

“I would advise booking early to avoid disappointment as tickets are limited and last year sold out online before the day.”
