A HALESOWEN car dealership has been granted permission to extend its building, in a move which planners said will help create new jobs.
Halesowen Motor House on Dudley Road, had applied to build a ground floor extension to its showroom and to convert existing valet bays into showroom space.
It also applied to install new signs and grey cladding to the building.
The application was approved on June 7 with planners saying: "The proposed development would help to provide additional job opportunities within the area and keep the building in a viable and suitable use.
"There would be no detrimental impact to amenity and there is sufficient car parking and no expected highways implications."
Designs show the new building with Omoda/ Jaecoo signage.
