CULTURAL diversity was celebrated at a Cradley Heath school this week with a special Ladies Night organised by staff and parents.
Tuesday’s event at Corngreaves Primary School featured a host of activities including a belly-dancing display, demonstrations by a Dohi drum troupe from Dudley’s Castle High School, and a professional female DJ, plus a light buffet.
Headteacher Tracy Ruddle said: “We are delighted to be celebrating the cultural diversity that our school and the local community represent.
“We have always benefited from positive relationships with our parents and look forward to the opportunity to celebrate and further develop our diverse family.”
