A CHILDREN’S centre is gearing up for a family fun day in Halesowen with a host of activities planned.
The event on Wednesday (August 18) from 10am until 2pm will be the second annual open day at the Tenterfields centre.
Among the attractions will be displays by the Animal Lady and Pedmore Panthers Cheerleading, face painting, a car boot sale and a raffle.
Businesses will also be represented along with the West Midlands Fire Service, police, Bookstart and Dudley Library.
There will also be a free lunch and refreshment with the accent on healthy eating.
Events organiser and family support worker Alanna Smith-Coles said: “It will be a great family and community event with lots of eating, laughing, music, play, animals and networking.”
