SEVERAL Rowley Regis side roads will be temporarily closed so that Dudley Road can be resurfaced next week.
Wendover Road, Springfield Lane, Springfield Close, Dudley Road (cul-de-sac), St James Avenue and Doulton Road, will be closed at the point of their junctions with Dudley Road as and when required throughout the duration of the works.
The work is planned to start on August 23 and take around three weeks to complete.
Diversion routes will be signed when Doulton Road, Springfield Lane and St James Avenue are closed. Dudley Road will have stop/go boards operational throughout the period of working.
The hours of working will be 9.30am until 3.30pm. The junction of Doulton Road and Dudley Road will be closed on Sundays only.
Access to frontages will be maintained unless it is considered unsafe to do so.
