HALESOWEN’s very own saxophonist Julian Smith is performing at the Robin 2 in March.
Julian, who made it to the final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 where he polled 700,000 votes will be playing an array of classical crossover tunes.
Since Britain’s Got Talent Sony have released the album Chilled 2 the Sax under Julian’s stage name ‘Joolz Gianni’.
This is Julian's first major UK tour since coming 2nd to Susan Boyle in the 2009 final of Britain's Got Talent.
He graduated from Birmingham Conservatoire in 1991 with distinction in performance and teaching on his first study which was at that time Bassoon.
He then was offered a teaching post with Sandwell MBA, and a part time post with Cheltenham Boys College before trying his luck on Britain’s Got Talent.
The popular musician is playing at The Robin 2, Bilston, on Saturday, March 26, tickets cost £15 in advance or £16 on the door.
