POLICE are appealing to the public to keep a look out for a distinctive caravan stolen from a farm in Halesowen.

The white Bailey Ranger 626 caravan features pictures of an American Indian with a dog on one side and with a horse on the other.

Thieves forced open a bolted gate at the farm in Lapal and cut three padlocks off the caravan overnight on September 20 and 21, but police said it was not known how it had then been removed.

Sergeant Wendy Tyler, of the Halesowen neighbourhood team, said: "This is a very distinctive caravan and I am sure that someone would remember seeing it.”

Anyone with information should call the team on 0345 113 5000.
