A NEW singing trio are hoping to strike a chord with their debut performance in Halesowen next month.
The Tenuto singers perform classical, musical theatre and pop music and are influenced by Il Divo and The Three Tenors.
They feature Halesowen piano teacher Neil Greenway, who has performed at Warner Hotels and in an Il Divo tribute group.
Joining him is David Lawrence from Bewdley, who has performed in The West End and played roles in Phantom of the Opera on ice.
Hungarian opera singer Robert Urban-Nagy, who now lives in Wales and has sung at venues all over Europe, completes the line up.
Publicity officer Jeanette Greenway said the trio enjoyed seven standing ovations at a recent concert in Bewdley which was a sell-out.
The Halesowen concert is at St Margaret’s Church, Habsury, on Friday November 14 at 7.30pm.
Tickets, priced £10 including a glass of wine, are available by calling 07725 440667 or 0121 550 3899.
