A FORMER Halesowen man accused of carrying out a string of historic sex attacks has been remanded on bail for trial by a judge.
Richard Davenport faces four charges of indecent assault, two of rape and two of having sex with a young girl.
The 46-year-old, who now lives in the Argyll area of Scotland, is alleged to have committed the offences between 1982 and 1988.
Judge John Wait remanded Davenport on conditional bail for his trial scheduled to begin on September 14 at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
The trial is expected to last for up to five days.
