THE trial of two men accused of stabbing a man to death in Dudley is now scheduled to start at Wolverhampton Crown Court on September 16.
Nabeel Choudhary, 20 of Hope Street, West Bromwich and 23-year-old Akarsh Tasleem have both denied murdering Yasir Hussain.
The 34-year-old father of four was killed in Central Drive, Lower Gornal on December 4 last year.
Judge James Burbidge QC told the two defendants they would have to remain in custody after being told their trial was expected to last for more than two weeks.
