A WINTER antiques fair arrives at Himley Hall this weekend.

The antiques and collector fair takes place on Sunday, November 24, and promises to showcase a selection of unique Christmas gifts.

The event, which runs from 9am to 4pm, follows the success of a summer and autumn fair at the hall earlier this year after a hiatus of nearly three decades.

Paul Rowson of Antiques at Events which runs the fair, said: "We are amazed at how well these events have been received, the response from antique and collectable traders from around the UK has been so intense we have had to expand the fair for this Sunday into further rooms within the Hall to include the ballroom in the west wing.

"It is the last chance for the public to get unusual gifts for Christmas from the antiques fair at Himley but we are very much looking forward to expanding further at Himley throughout next year."

Entry costs £2 for adults and under 16s can enter for free.
