THE Stourbridge branch of TSB is set to close next year.
TSB has announced 82 banks around the UK will close in 2020 in a further blow to the high street.
TSB said that it was cutting back its locations to refocus on profits, and will replace workers’ tasks with automated processes.
Stourbridge's branch is scheduled to close in October 2020.
Other branches in the West Midlands set to close are in Birmingham city centre and Smethwick.
The closures are part of a plan for TSB to save around £100 million by 2022, and turn a profit of between £130 million and £140 million.
