STOURBRIDGE residents have been raising concerns about motorists driving the wrong way down a one-way street after a car was pictured facing against the traffic on the town’s ring road at lunchtime.
An eagle-eyed member of the public captured an image of the car, a beige-brown coloured vehicle believed to a Fiat Bravo, encountering a lorry travelling in the opposite direction.
The image, which shows the car scraping against the barriers outside St John's House on St John's Road, was posted on Facebook with the caption 'did someone really drive all the way against the one-way system in Church Street?
A police car was pictured with its lights flashing at the scene but West Midlands Police have not yet responded for comment to confirm whether anyone has been arrested.
Did you see the incident?
Have you encountered vehicles going the wrong way down Church Street?
