A DUDLEY house that went under the hammer with a guide price of just £5k has been snapped up at a remote auction.
The semi detached house on Green Park Road sold on June 24 at a remote event held by Bond Wolfe Auctions.
It was snapped up for £130,000, smashing its original guide price of £5,000.
The house is a freehold with a front garden and features a hall, reception room, kitchen and bathroom/WC on the ground floor and a landing, two bedrooms and a WC on the first floor.
Due to coronavirus restrictions, the auction was live streamed on the firm's website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet only.
The next auction takes place on the Bond Wolfe Auctions website on Saturday, July 29.
