A new local online business has opened, selling handmade, bespoke embroidered hoops, perfect for any occasion.
Anna’s Handmade Hoops, which opened recently, sells one-of-a-kind custom embroidery hoops, which can be purchased online through Etsy, with prices starting from £7.50.
The custom embroidery hoops can be suited to any occasion, including beautiful, personalised wedding gifts, perfect for newlyweds and unique to every customer, whilst also incorporating lovely floral designs.
This business will be a new business venture for local owner Anna Sharkey from Stourbridge who is currently studying at university. When speaking to Anna she said “I have always loved embroidery and made my first hoop as a wedding gift for some friends in August 2022. I then went on to make a range of floral hoops as table decorations at a family wedding before deciding to turn my hobby into a small business”.
In terms of ordering her products, Anna stated “ Customers can select a hoop and add personalised names and/or dates or message me on Etsy for a completely custom design. All my hoops are made to order so they usually take between 1-2 weeks to make”.
Alongside the wedding hoops, many pretty floral designs including roses and daises are sold by Anna’s handmade hoops, making the perfect gift for loved ones or to add as a decoration in the home. In addition to this, new designs were created for the Christmas period, including a wreath, perfect to hang on the tree.
The business operates online through the Etsy platform and Anna’s handmade hoops can be accessed through this on the following link: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/Annashandmadehoops?ref=shop-header-name&listing_id=1584430995&from_page=listing.
