A CANNABIS factory worth more than £418,000 has been discovered by police on Springfield Road in Halesowen.
West Midlands Police were conducting local enquiries in the area on the night of Tuesday, June 28, when they stumbled across the factory.
West Midlands Police Cannabis Disposal Team found 836 cannabis plants being cultivated across six rooms in a Halesowen house.
The electricity powering the factory had been abstracted illegally, so extensive work had to be carried out to make the building safe.
No arrests have been made at this time.
