FOLK heroes Malfunction are once again taking to the stage for a very special gig to raise money for Acorns Children’s Hospice.

After making their much anticipated comeback gig in November 2017, in front of family and friends, Malfunction members John McGowan and Chris Laverty have played a handful of well-received shows.

They will now be performing an evening of folk nostalgia at Stirchley United WMC, in Birmingham.

The duo will be joined on stage by one of the Black Country’s most popular folk and comedy circuit acts, Dandy.

Ticket numbers are limited, but are available for £10 from the Acorns office in Selly Oak, from the Stirchley United club, or you can get in touch through the band's web site malfunctionfolk.co.uk.

All proceeds from the gig (and a raffle which is being held on the evening), will go to the children’s hospice.
