POLICE have launched an appeal after a pedestrian was hit by a car in Bourton-on-the-Water.
The incident took place on Tuesday, August 21, on the bridge opposite the Kingsbridge Arms in the village.
It's believed that a female pedestrian was struck by a silver vehicle which was being driven by an elderly man.
The woman suffered injuries to her leg as a result of the incident.
A police spokesperson said: "We understand that this is from a while ago but officers in the Cotswolds are appealing for witnesses to a collision involving a car and pedestrian which took place in August.
"It's thought that a number of people were in the area at the time and we would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this."
