A CAFE for people with dementia will launch at Kidderminster Youth House on Saturday, December 15.
The monthly event is the latest organised by Kidderminster Dementia Action Alliance (KDAA) and partners to make Kidderminster more dementia-friendly.
PC Andy Forbes, who is a member of the KDAA, said: "It's one of our projects as part of our mission to make Kidderminster more dementia friendly.
"The monthly cafe will offer people living with dementia and their carers a place to go, get out and about and have a coffee and feel safe."
The Dementia Cafe launch event will take place from 12pm until 2pm in Bromsgrove street and includes a festive lunch.
The event is limited to 40 free places, which can be booked by calling 07773045170 before the end of Friday (December 7).
