A ‘WOULD-be burglar’ has been handed a 12-week night curfew after an eagle-eyed local told police about his group loitering outside city homes.
Sean McLoughlin, aged 19, of Willetts Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle, tools and clothing, on Thursday.
He and three other men were arrested after a group was spotted peeking into homes and cars in Seymour Avenue, Northwick, Worcester.
Police found the four men in a car, containing tools, face coverings and other items, in Northwick Close, Worcester.
Two of his accomplices, Matthew Alcock and Shaun Cooper, from Birmingham, were convicted of ‘going equipped for stealing’ on January 31.
McLoughlin was also told to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £135 in court costs.
