STARGAZERS have been treated to the largest supermoon of the year.
The biggest and brightest full moon of 2019, the super snow moon, is one of three supermoons that will be visible this year.
The first fell on January 21 and the last one will fall on March 21.
Photographers across the region captured the moon, which was at its brightest on February 19.
This stunning image was captured by Sharron Jones, a member of the Advertiser and Shuttle Camera Club.
