A 48-year-old woman from Kidderminster who admitted wounding is to be sentenced next month.

Tina Worrall appeared via videolink at Worcester Crown Court on Monday (July 29) where she admitted a single count of unlawful and malicious wounding.

Worrall, of Harold Evers Way in Kidderminster, admitted the offence which took place on June 29 this year as she spoke to the court from Eastwood Park prison.

Michael Aspinall, defending, asked the case to be adjourned so a full pre-sentence report could be prepared by the probation service.

The next hearing, which is scheduled for sentencing, is set to be on Monday, August 19.
