BROMSGROVE'S popular St John's Wine Rooms has gone up for sale.
The bar and restaurant, which opened in April 2017, is open to offers around £1,500,000 on sidneyphillips.co.uk.
Describing the bar they say it enjoys a sought after location within a conservation area on the edge of a busy town centre.
The description goes on to say the property itself is a recently renovated restaurant and wine bar offering trading areas on two floors with outstanding outside trading space.
It also benefits from being adjoined to an historic Georgian House which is currently unused.
The bar was started by four "lifelong Bromsgrovians" who said it was their dream and had a vision to create an independent Bromsgrove-based venue serving fresh, local food and the widest possible choice of quality drinks.
