DON’T you just love a stroll outside on an autumn day?
Many people enjoy a brisk walk in autumn. So we asked our Worcester News readers where they would recommend to go for a wander.
Worcester and its surrounding areas offer a range of beautiful sights to enjoy a walk.
Nick Pickstock couldn’t choose just one walking spot.
He said: “Warndon Woods is so underused or County Hall Woodland Walks.”
Mr Pickstock added: “For full autumn colours Bodenham, Batsford or Arley Arboretum’s.”
Paul Cole said: “The Knapp And Papermill Nature Reserve or Tydessley Wood. They are both pretty empty usually.”
Nicola Seabright also said she enjoys a walk in The Knapp And Papermill Nature Reserve.
Mike Parkin said: “The avenue of trees on the river side of Pitchcroft.”
Helen Richards and Ray Briana both said the Malvern hills was their favourite place.
Aaron Marshall said he enjoys Brendon Hill, which is south-west of Evesham in the Vale of Evesham.
James Gerrard also said: “Malvern hills or Bredon Hill.”
Teresa Ford said Old Hills, in Callow End is where she’d recommend.
Megan Whitmore said Monk Wood which is managed as a nature reserve.
