PUBS in Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley have made it into the newest edition of CAMRA's Good Beer Guide.

Members of the Wyre Forest Branch of CAMRA gathered at the Bewdley Brewery Tap on Thursday to launch the 47th edition of guide, which includes 15 pubs from around the district.

Nick Rubery, vice-chairman of Wyre Forest CAMRA, said: "The Bewdley Brewery Tap is a new entry to the guide this year, reflecting its excellent range of beers both dark and light, presented in perfect condition and served by welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

"This year the brewery tap has extended its opening hours and introduced the very successful Street Food Saturday on alternate weeks throughout the spring and summer months.

"Earlier this year The Brewery Tap was also awarded the Wyre Forest Branch Pub of the Season spring award."

The 2020 Good Beer Guide is completely independent, based on CAMRA members’ evaluations, and lists 4,500 urban and rural pubs across the country.

There are details of pub opening hours, food offerings, beer gardens, accommodation, transport links, disabled access and facilities for families.

It also includes details of 1,850 breweries and regular beers with tasting notes.
