POLICE officers ‘bashed a door down’ during a raid in Worcester.
There was a large police presence in Chedworth Drive, Warndon.
An eyewitness said there were four police cars and one undercover car at the scene.
One resident said: “It was really weird, I thought someone was having a dispute in the street. It sounded like there were people drunk outside. I saw loads of people gathering on the street.
“There were a lot of officers for one house.
“I could hear the police bashing down the door. There was a lot of banging. It was so loud. It was like there was a street party going on.
“The police brought a woman out of the house. She was quite small framed. At first, I thought she was a child, but then there was a lot of swearing going on, so then I knew it was a woman.”
A police spokesman said: “This was a follow-up an to an earlier incident which happened at 6pm.”
The raid took place at around 8.30pm on Friday.
