A new service called Work Routes is launching in Ledbury next Monday, October 7, to give free jobs support to local unemployed people.
Based at the Master’s House, Work Routes is financed by the European Social Fund “to help people in the area who are struggling to find work”.
Darius Hermanski, Operations Manager for Work Routes said: “If you’ve been finding it difficult to find work for whatever reason, Work Routes is an amazing opportunity to get free expert advice and support.
“You’ll be assigned an Employment Adviser who will take the time to listen to your story – what’s stopping you from working, what sort of thing you want to do, what your skills are – as well as your potential worries and anxieties about working.”
Work Routes will be delivered by employment specialists Reed in Partnership.
