Herefordshire's amateur photographers have a fungi feeling it's autumn.
They have been capturing pictures of these weird and wonderful organisms across the county.
Fungi are the fruiting parts of mushrooms and toadstools, and make the spores (similar to seeds) from which fungi grow.
In that regard they are like flowers. They come in strange shapes, sizes and colours, and mostly appear in autumn.
Relatively few are poisonous, but many would make you unwell if you ate them, so you should not pick mushrooms in the wild unless you are very sure of what you are doing.
In the meantime, enjoy this fabulous collection of photos from members of the Hereford Times Camera Club.
