THERE is an exhibition this year that people with an interest the Civil War are being invited to enjoy.
The Hive in Worcester’s latest behind the scenes tour is likely to be a highlight of 2020 with people from Tenbury and the Teme Valley interested in the Civil War.
The last backstage tour of the library was a sell-out, taking visitors to the strong rooms and conservation parts of the library, areas not usually open to the public.
This latest tour will focus on the documents and pamphlets from the Civil War, and visitors also get to see some of the archaeological finds from the recent work at the Battle of Worcester site.
The tours take place on Wednesday, January 22, between 2pm-3.30pm.
Tickets are £6 and must be booked in advance. Booking links at www.explorethepast.co.uk/events
