Meditation is an ancient way of mindfulness and midst of life’s turmoil as well as the peace of the Munk cell which was invented by Buddhism and the principal form of meditation has been keenly recommended by adherence which is relatively spread from Burma to other southern Buddhist countries and broadly outside its traditional environment of Buddhism. Which in today’s day is being taught in practice around the western world such as England, Germany, and the USA. 

This method of meditation has been advocated with excessive enthusiasm around the German Monks. Meditation can be seen as the balance of the mind by Christianity where they speak to the theories of modern philosophy and science. Mediation has theoretically been described as a cognitive insight into nature and origins of consciousness which connects the approaches of contemporary cognitive science and philosophy of the mind.
