Mr Hallud a university student profoundly expressed his concerns as he stated "There are many challenges young adults face in their lifes as a result of many things such as exams, learning to look after your mental health should be widely spoken about and no shoned away". The student then went on to add how he felt how there is a lot more that could be done to assist, by both others and by learning how to handle pressure and stress.

In conclusion, putting mental health first is essential for maintaining overall wellbeing, reducing the risk of physical health issues, strengthening connections with others, increasing productivity and creativity, and reducing the negative connotation connected to mental health.
