TALENTED Mia Holland once again showed her boxing skills as she claimed gold for England at the Three National Tournament.

The Priory Park protege beat Elle Taylor, from Port Talbot ABC, in the under-54kg final in Cardiff on Saturday, May 6.

It’s the second time Mia has boxed for her country after a previous narrow defeat against an Irish and European champion.

Head coach Warren Davis said: "We’re all delighted with the way she as dedicated herself to the sport and we see a big future in boxing for her. The girls' squad of the gym is going from strength to strength with another three girls, Gracie Holland, Amie Webb and Sumayyah Smith, boxing in national championships in two weeks.

"We also have Kelseys Oakley along with Ellis Clifton also in the England squad."
