LEE Chilton thumped an incredible seven goals as Bushwackers demolished Netherton Sports 10-2 in the Joe Stanton Trophy.

The former Halesowen Town hotshot was the star of the show with Todd Warner, Danny Smith and Craig Stevens also chipping in with goals.

A Stephen Stockton brace, added to Adam Fellows’ opener, helped The Gate see off Netherton Rovers 3-0 to book their place in the next round. Park Inn beat Baggeridge 5-1 and Dudley Bush Old Boys knocked Hope Tavern out by the odd goal in five to complete the semi-final line up.

Meanwhile in the Premier Division Pensnett dropped points again after they could only draw 2-2 with Dudley Wood to slip further behind in the race for the title. But Gornal kept up their title ambitions after a 5-1 victory over Legends Sports Bar.

Spills Meadow are trying keep the title race alive in Division One as they beat Glass 5-1. Martin Cook got a brace with Martin Guest, Martin Peacock and Chris Davies all scoring.

Dougie Shepard grabbed a hat-trick as Oldbury Collier defeated Halesowen Members 4-1. Daniel Harris got one back for Halesowen but Steve Tudor completed the scoring for Collier.

Ryan Mitchell’s four goals, added to strikes from Joby Stokes, John Humphreys and Jonus Roberts for West Midland FC saw them to an easy 7-3 win over Sedgley White Lions.

Chris Kelly got a brace for Lions and Tom Aldridge also hit the target but it was all in vain.
