TIVIDALE powered into the FA Cup Second Qualifying Round with a 4-0 win over Stafford Rangers on Tuesday night.
A hat-trick for Karl Edwards and one for Danny Ashton made sure Tivi will now face Premier League Division One South rivals Leek Town on Saturday, September 27.
Saturday’s initial tie at Marston Road, which ended 0-0, was marred by a break-in to the visiting changing room with a number of players having cash and mobile phones stolen.
Boss Ian Long said: “It delayed the start of the second half by half an hour and we wanted the game postponed because the players weren’t in the best frame of mind.
“But they did well under the circumstances and in the end we almost nicked it through Luke Paskin near the end.”
